Do i need a my own computer to register in hotmail live account?when i tried the process it takes a very long?

No you can use any computer with internet access, As it is an internet basses email system.





You can sign up to a hotmail account using a pc in one part of the world (australia), and sign into your account and read emails etc in the opposite side of the world (europe).
