Reply:When your signed in... click on the picture of the newspaper (below ur second name) that may do it... but im not sure... mine stopped popping up one day... i know how you feel it's SO annoying! and if all else fails go to the 'help' box and ask your question. Hope this helped :]
Reply:theres a little box in the pop up that you can click in the left bottem hand corner and if you click it,


it wonpop up anymore.
