It says if it won't load to delete you temperary files in your browsers cache. Where are they? What are they? How do I do this?

If you are using internet explorer 7, go to your tools tab (below the address bar) go to internet options, press delete next to browsing history and a window will appear giving you the option to delete your history, cookies, temporary files etc. Press delete next to temporary internet files.
