I am using Hotmail Live photos and have uploaded hundreds of photos up til now. I am afraid if they will start charging for this service just like Yahoo did, Yahoo turned Yahoo Photos! to Flickr and started charging money for uploading photos. Will hotmail do the same or will it stay free forever?

No, this is one of the Windows Live Services. If they start charging it will be to all the services. But now this is free with ads.
