my friend has only one line to write in. Admittedly she has a small screen (15") by todays standards but when writing a new email there is much more space. I've tried pulling things around and and resizing them I have been on their unhelpful help page but all to no avail. Are there any hidden settings available.
When using the reply button on Hotmail Live (using on XP with IE7)?
You said you've consulted the site's help page. What have you done so far? Have you deleted browsing history and restarted IE7? If not, please do so. I've listed the steps to do this below just in case you need it:
1 - Open Internet Explorer
2 - Click 'Tools' (located at the upper right portion of the window)
3 - Click 'Delete Browsing History'
4 - You can choose to 'Delete All' or just 'Delete Cookies' and 'Delete Files'
Has it always been like this? Is this the first time your friend logged in to Hotmail and used the compose mail function?
