What is the difference between @hotmail.com and @live.com?

I am making a new e-mail address and I am wondering what the difference is and which to get.
What is the difference between @hotmail.com and @live.com?
You can get any there is no difference at all


its just that windows live in updating the email adresses.


for example (msn used to be @msn.com then @hotmail.com) but now they are changing it to @live.com so there is no difference =]

I personally think that @hotmail.com sounds better but it doesn't matter really. I wouldn't worry too much about getting a new email address or anything as @hotmail.com works with live, messenger and just the first original windows msn anyway.
