I accidently changed my birthyear to 1994 and it asks for a credit card. What do i do. I don't have a credit card. i am only 13 and u can have a hotmail when you are 13.

theres your answer Logan you can't have a hotmail account at your age
you would have to create a new account and thast would be illegal because of your age
