Hotmail won't let me upgrade my Hotmail Account to Windows Live Hotmail- Suggestion or Solution Please!?

I tried to upgrade my Hotmail account to Windows Live Mail, but it won't let me it says the following: Sorry, but it looks like you won't be able to participate in Windows Live Hotmail at this time.


This might be because:


1)Your account is with one of our partners and has additional features that Windows Live Hotmail doesn鈥檛 support yet


2) Windows Live Hotmail isn鈥檛 available in your area at this time


3) You have a parentally controlled account


4) Your Windows Live ID indicates you're under 13

un-install the thing then get onto the Internet and download and install

All you really need to do is go to Windows Live Hotmail and login, and simply click to switch to that instead of the old hotmail. I had no problem up here in Canada, but I'm 19.





I'm thinking you might be a young one lol.
