Why are our charity emails being returned by Live Hotmail?

Bounced emails say this: Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery information and support. NOTE THAT WHEN YOU GO TO THIS WEBLINK IT IS ENTIRELY UNHELPFUL AND ASKS YOU TO FILL IN PAGES AND PAGES OF STUFF THAT ONLY THE TECH TEAM WOULD KNOW. GRRR.
Why are our charity emails being returned by Live Hotmail?
There are lot of fraudsters on the Internet these days and the way you send your mails, possibly using bulk mail could be the reason for the mail bouncing back to you. So my advice is that you do not send the mail all together, you can use BCC but not so many mails at the same time... Otherwise, you will be blocked by may email providers except of course all the people you are mailing are on your contact lists.
Reply:It thinks your emails are spam. You obviously email a lot of people at once I'm guessing, which doesn't help. I think largely it will be picking up words that are associated with spam emails. If you are asking for donations or something it could be picked up as being a phishing email or something.

If you can't fill out their forms, you'd best get in touch with them, or get a different email account, which is specifically set up for business purposes.
Reply:Obviously you are sending out emails in such quantities that they are being picked up as being spam by Windows Live Hotmail and also no doubt your address has been listed as being that of a spammer.
Reply:the whole ideology of spammers is they believe that people really need what their selling just because you do it for charity doesn't make it any less spam
Reply:Because you're spamming people ?
