It constantly keeps asking to verify my account with those letter and number things, even though I do it correctly, it still asks to confirm my account and won't let me send an email.
I've asked in Windows Live Help Centre, 2 Windows Live staff have said they've fixed my problem, but I still can't send emails for the same reason as before.
Does anyone know if there's anything I can do, or do I have to wait until they fix it?
Is anyone else having problems with Windows Live Hotmail?
hi
鈻篤erify your e-mail address:
If you used your own e-mail address to create your Windows Live ID (The e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to Windows Live programs and services such as Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger; Microsoft services such as Xbox LIVE, MSN, and Office Live; and anywhere else that you see the Windows Live ID logo.) you might be asked to verify your e-mail address.
鈻篊lick Verify your e-mail address.
Make sure the e-mail address shown is correct, and then select Send me verification e-mail.
When you receive the verification e-mail, follow the enclosed instructions.
NOTES
If you receive a This link is no longer valid message when you click the link in your e-mail, click Go to Windows Live Account and select Verify your e-mail address at the top of your account summary to restart the verification process.
If you receive an e-mail asking you to verify your e-mail address and you've not signed up for a Windows Live ID, someone else may be trying to use your e-mail address for their account. You can select to cancel the account from within the e-mail.
If you receive a message stating that your account already exists, you may need to reset your password. For password reset information, see Reset your password.
You may not be able to use your Windows Live ID until you verify your e-mail address.

Reply:No, Kev. I'm so sorry, but I don't seem to have a problem with it. I dont have one of those accounts, so maybe thats why. That really sucks, i had a prob. with rocketmail once, but i didn't last long enough to figure out what the problem was, and since your such a sweetie pie, i'm sending my best wishes for you to get it all worked out.
Reply:I'm having the same problems too , it's very annoying to be constantly asked to provide ID and passwords and all that! I think the best policy is just to wait till they fix it, probably just a glitch in the system it happens from time to time.
